Vem träffar du?

Hej! Jag heter Rebecka och jag hjälper talare och sångare som vill nå sin publik på djupet att bemästra sin röst, kropp och närvaro naturligt och säkert. Jag är en erfaren sångare, skådespelare, performer och talare med en passion för rösten. Min passion för rösten och kärlek till uttryckskonsten har lett mig till att studera sång och musik, logopedi, vokologi och skådespelarkonst. Nuförtiden är jag också certifierad LCF life coach och utnyttjar life coachingvärldens metoder också i röstarbetet. Rösten är fantastisk! Varje röst är unik och jag vill hjälpa dig hitta allt det underbara som finns i just din röst. Man har sagt om mig att jag har en alldeles speciell förmåga att beröra människor, förmedla känslor och skapa en unik stämning med min röst. De här färdigheterna vill jag gärna lära ut till andra också, för vår värld behöver mer äkta och meningsfull kontakt människor emellan. Min egen röst- och uttrycksresa har varit krokig och bjudit på många utmaningar och jag vet hur det känns när rösten inte fungerar, när självförtroendet är på botten och man bara vill hålla munnen stängd och gömma sig resten av livet. Jag har också tänkt fula saker om min röst, men med de rätta verktygen har jag igen hittat självförtroende, glädje och njutning i mig själv och min röst. Idag förstår jag också att allt påverkar rösten och att det därför är viktigt att utforska hur livet i sin helhet ser ut just nu - vi är ju holistiska varelser. Jag väntar med iver på att få lära känna dig och höra hur jag kan vara till hjälp för just dig!

Who will you meet?

Hi! My name is Rebecka and I help speakers and singers who want to connect deeply with their audience, master their voice, body and presence with confidence and ease. I'm an experienced singer, actor, performer and speaker with a passion for the voice. My passion for the voice and love for performing have lead me to study singin and music, speech therapy, vocal pedagogy and acting. Nowadays I'm also a certified life coach and I use some of the methods from the life coaching world when working with the voice as well. The voice is amazing! Every voice is unique and I want to help you discover all the wonderful things that can be found in your voice. People say about me that I have a special skill of moving and touching people deeply, conveying emotions and creating a unique mood with my voice. I would love to teach these skills to others as well, because our world needs more authentic and meaningful connections between people. My own voice- and performance journey has been bumpy and full of challenges and I know what it's like when the voice just isn't working, when confidence is at the bottom and you simply want to close your mouth and hide for the rest of your life. I've thought awful things about my voice, but with the right tools I've again found confidence and joy in myself and my voice. Today I also understand that everything affects the voice and that's why it's important to explore what life as a whole looks like at the moment - we are after all holistic beings. I'm so excited to get to know you and hear how I can be of service to you!
